When appropriate, I can also help assess whether a higher level of care may be beneficial. While I do not directly coordinate admissions to these programs, I can support you in identifying options and making referrals to appropriate systems of care.
You do not need to have everything figured out to begin—this is a space to start where you are.
This service is not a replacement for detox or residential treatment but can be a supportive part of your broader care journey. If a higher level of care may be needed, I can support you in exploring options and making referrals. You can also search for licensed treatment programs nationwide here.

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
A powerful, research-backed therapy that helps you gently process painful experiences and reclaim your sense of self.
• Reduces the emotional impact of past trauma and distress
• Supports healing from PTSD, anxiety, and attachment wounds
• Helps you move forward without being held back by the past
EMDR works by helping your brain reprocess stuck or overwhelming memories in a safe, guided way. You don’t have to retell everything in detail — instead, we use specific techniques (like bilateral stimulation) to activate your brain’s natural healing process and shift how the memory lives in your body and mind.
Whether you’re working through a single traumatic event or years of complex trauma, EMDR can offer relief, clarity, and lasting change.
You’re still in control — I’ll walk alongside you the whole way, with compassion, safety, and respect.
